General Information
A $100.00 security deposit is required for all guests checking in. This security deposit protects the resort from damage or theft. The deposit will be held for the duration of your stay and released at check-out after an inspection of your unit has been completed. The resorts accepts credit/debit cards or cash for the security deposit.
All owners and guests must refrain from smoking indoors or on their patios or balconies. The Riverview Resort actively promotes a smoke-free environment. In the event of a violation, the area will be professionally cleaned and sanitized and the individual(s) who violated this rule will be charged the cost of the cleaning/sanitization service (minimum charge will be $250.
Per the Town of Yarmouth ordinance, cooking in any unit is limited to microwave & toaster. No cooktops, hot plates, or other cooking appliances are permitted. Violators are subject to a $30.00 fine per occurrence. A fully equipped community kitchen is available 24 hours in the 2nd-floor community room.
Check-In Time: 4:00pm. Guests checking in after 8:00pm may use our after-hours check-in service. Check-Out Time: 10:00am. Please notify the front desk if you need to request an extended check-out time. Charges may apply.
