A Visa or Mastercard is requested at check-in for a refundable $250.00 security deposit.
A housekeeping fee at check-in will be charged
1 bedroom : $126.01 - Receive a 4.7% discount when you pay this in cash.
2 bedroom : $152.26 - Receive a 4.7% discount when you pay this in cash.
If guests will arrive after hours, the guest must call in advance to make after hour check-in arrangements.
Failure to do so will result in a $100.00 fee and there will be no staff to assist in guests in checking in.
