A Mandatory Resort Fee: Resort Activities fee is $109.00-$139.00 USD per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted.
With the resort fee guests pay 16% VAT Tax + 4% Lodging Tax.
Resort accepts credit card payment subject to 2% Credit Card fee and/or Cash.
The beach is a 15 minute walk away.
There are stairs to each unit.
No Elevator on property.
The minimum age for check-in is 18.
Free parking is possible on site ( reservation needed).
