General Information
Important Information:
All guests arriving to the resort must have a paper confirmation with matching check in dates and an ID matching their reservation name. Without these credentials, guests will not be permitted past security to enter the resort property. The resort will email 3 weeks in advance with detailed instructions.
Pets are not permitted. A fee for non-compliance will result in a $500.00 fine and forfeiture of the unit.
Limit of two spaces per unit. NO R.V's or trailer parking allowed on the property.
Smoking is not permitted on the property. A fee of $500.00 will be charged for non-compliance.
Key & Pool Pass Policy:
There is a $10.00 charge for each Unit Key and/or Pool Pass not returned at check-out.
Check-in is at 4:00pm & Check-out is at 10:00am.
