The office is in the executive suites which is located above the shop named "The Pendleton Shop", located next to McDonalds in Lake Arrowhead VIllage.
At check-in, the staff will provide directions on how to get to the resort.

Check-in time is at 4:00 pm on Friday and Sunday.
Checking-in late, Please call resort at 909-337-0457 for Check-in info.
If guest fails to make arrangements for a late check-in they will not be able to check-in until the following day.
