Please note that swimming is not allowed from the beach at our property.
Under a revision to Mexico's Tobacco Control Law, people in the country of Mexico are prohibited from consuming any tobacco or nicotine products in outdoor locations where people gather, such as hotels, public squares, parks, beaches, schools, restaurants and sports stadiums.

A nightly resort fee will be applied to all reservations and will be charged to the guest’s folio, payable at check-in. The fee includes in-room and public area internet access, fitness room access, parking,
seasonal activities, in-room coffee/tea, in-room local and toll-free calls.
The following resort fee by accommodation type are in Mexican Pesos, per room, per night and exclusive of tax: $670 MXN – Junior Suite ( Studio Units) , $770 MXN – One Bedroom, $840 MXN – Two Bedroom, $920 MXN – Penthouse. Cabo Azul Resort DOES NOT have any representatives inside the Los Cabos International Airport terminal, or any sister resorts in Los Cabos.
Guests can call the front desk to confirm the amount that will be charged per night in their currency.
The resort strongly recommends you do not stop inside the airport terminal on your way out, exit all the way until you have reached your pre-arranged transportation option.

Please be advised that ocean currents are very strong in front of the resort and swimming is not advised. A swimmable beach is located approximately 10 minutes from the resort for you to enjoy. The developer of the previously vacant land to the southeast of Cabo Azul Resort has started construction of their project which is adjacent to the resort. At times there will be noise as a result of the construction. Resort management will make every effort to minimize disruption to our owners and guests. Please be informed that parking is limited at Cabo Azul Resort. Guest are allowed one car per reservation. Guest may park on their own or use valet parking. No Motor homes or RV’S are allowed on property or in the Cabo Azul Parking lot.
