Platinum Interchange® (PI) does not accept the jurisdiction of any other laws over our activities in the United States. This Privacy Policy applies to “you,” “user,” “customer,” and/or “visitor” of the Platinum Interchange, “its” (meaning Platinum Interchange) affiliates, “its” (meaning Platinum Interchange) entities, and “its” (meaning Platinum Interchange) providers, Web Site.

Voluntary Data/Information Collection
PI collects information only in a manner deemed reasonably necessary to serve our legitimate business purposes and comply with our legal obligations. PI safeguards our visitors and customers by using industry standards. However, guaranteed security does not exist either on or off the Internet, we make commercially reasonable efforts to make our collection of such information consistent with applicable laws and regulations. The method of collection is through our information request forms; wherein, visitors are required to provide information such as name, address, telephone number and email address. This data is used to respond to the visitor with the information requested and to contact the visitor when necessary. Customers and visitors may opt-out of receiving any further mailings by selecting an opt-out choice. PI does not sell any e-mails or addresses gathered.

It is the current policy of PI not to sell or distribute to third parties not related with PI any information given to us by visitors or customers of our Web Site. This Web Site has security measures to protect against the alteration, loss, and misuse of the information under our control. All contact and demographic information collected through surveys & online forms is stored securely and not sold, traded or otherwise made available to any third parties not related with PI.

This Web Site does not utilize cookie technology and no information is collected in this manner.

Compliance with Laws
PI may be obligated to disclose information about you to a law enforcement agency or by a court order, or under the discovery process in litigation and prosecutions. PI may also disclose information voluntarily to cooperate with law enforcement agencies in matters of national security.
