Covid-19 Procedures
Please note the resort has made some changes to the arrival procedures due to the impact of COVID-19 and Maricopa County regulations. Check-in time is 4pm. Guests arriving prior to 4pm are invited to use the amenities, relax upstairs in the pre-arrival lounge or visit the poolside Grille. Your villa will not be ready before 4pm. Due to enhanced protocols we are unable to store your purchased food and beverage products. The lobby is reserved for the primary reservation holder. When you arrive, follow the Guest Registration sign to the designated parking. When parked, call the Front Desk for check-in instructions. All other guests must remain with their vehicle. Guests will be asked to complete a short health questionnaire for the well-being of all guests and associates on property. Currently local attractions, restaurants, bars, and clubs are operating with varying schedules. We recommend that you visit websites for all the details of offerings as well as hours of operation prior to planning any excursions. Check-In Time is : 4:00PM & Check-Out Time is : 10:00AM.
