As an individual timeshare owner you are automatically a member of Platinum Interchange. Platinum Interchange members can enjoy the many benefits we have to offer. There are no fees until you confirm your exchange.

Low Exchange Rates

Platinum Interchange offers one of the lowest exchange fees in the industry. Our domestic exchange fees are $129.00 for the week and International exchange fees are $149.00 for the week. We offer members the option to upgrade their exchange week for the low upgrade fee of $97.00 for the week.

Browsing Available Exchanges

Our a…way list of exchange availability is a list of our current most up to date exchange available destinations and is open to everyone! Simply provide a valid email address and you, your family and friends can peruse at your leisure and plan for the exchange of your choice.

Contacting a Reservation Specialist

You may confirm your exchange either online or speak with one of our well versed, personalized Reservation Specialist who can assist you with any of your Exchange, deposit and rental needs.

Depositing Your Vacation Week

Reserve your interval week at your home resort and provide this information to your Reservation Specialist. You will receive an owner deposit form to authorize Platinum Interchange to deposit your week in the exchange program. You may deposit your week from a minimum of 60 days or more. If your week begins before the 60 day in advance window, you may call your Reservation Specialist to go over other options to deposit. Once your week is deposited with Platinum Interchange, members will have two years to use their week on a future exchange. The expiration date is two years after the original arrival date of your week.

Requesting Your Exchange

Platinum Interchange offers our members the flexibility to request first and deposit last. Members may view our free online exchange availability called the a…way list at anytime or you may speak to a Reservation Specialist to go over any options and or questions on exchange.

Making a Request

If the week, location or unit type you are searching for is not available, you may contact one of our Reservation Specialists to go over the details of a request. A request can provide other options to find your perfect exchange vacation.

Upgrading Your Accommodations

Platinum Interchange offers the flexibility to upgrade your exchange. You can upgrade either to a larger unit type or travel during a holiday. Members may upgrade their exchange for $97.00 for the week.

Cancellations & Refunds

Exchange reservations may be cancelled, however all Exchange fees, Upgrade fees and guest certificates are Non-Refundable. Terms and conditions apply.

How It Works

As an individual timeshare (vacation interval) owner, you’re automatically a member of Platinum Interchange. You have the CHOICE to exchange with any exchange company!

1. Deposit

Reserve your interval week at your home resort. Once your week has been scheduled at your home resort you can provide this information to your Reservation Specialist. You will receive an owner deposit form to authorize Platinum Interchange to deposit your week into the exchange program. You may deposit your week from a minimum of 60 days or more prior to check-in.

2. Exchange

You may call our Reservations Specialists to go over your request for exchange or you may book and confirm your exchange online. You can view our online exchange inventory at anytime by visiting our a…way list

3. Vacation

Once your exchange is confirmed you will receive a confirmation letter for your records. Happy Vacationing!
